Please provide us with 24-48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid last-minute cancellations and no-show fees. Please plan on arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment and allow additional parking time.

We have a strict 6-minute late policy. Late arrivals may be asked to reschedule or shorten service time. Clients who pre-booked an appointment agree to be charged for the services provided, plus a $50 fee for services booked and cannot be provided if they arrive 6 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment. If you know you’re running late, please notify the spa as soon as possible, so we can try to accommodate you; however, that is only sometimes possible. A $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

* 50% of the pre-booked service price will be charged for any services canceled or rescheduled on the same day (within 24 hours) of your appointment. You can book future appointments once the last-minute cancellation fee is paid.

A 100% of the pre-booked service price will be automatically charged for No Call-No Show. You can book future appointments once the no-call, no-show fee is paid.

Gift cards and certificates are not refundable.

An adult must accompany any minor under the age of 18 during the time of service. Small children are not permitted in treatment, laser, and relaxation rooms.
